California Indian Legal Services (CILS) has begun offering its free tax preparation services using the I-CAN!® E-FILE tax module. All counties call (800) 743-8941 or go to: http://www.icanefile.org/index.asp?caller=23 to complete your tax returns using the ICAN!® E-FILE tax module. The program is designed to help you claim the Earned Income Tax Credit, a special tax credit worth up to $5,657 for low income workers. The program is designed to assist most low income tax payers.
